We are very pleased with the new roof that J.A.Y. Construction installed on our home. John was incredibly professional and thorough in his work. He took care of a small flat roof that had been causing us trouble for a long time, and he made sure that it was done properly and with quality materials. He also inspected the old roof and pointed out all the issues that needed to be addressed, such as poor ventilation and chimney damage. He even anticipated our future needs and installed an exhaust cap for a bathroom that currently has a window but may need a fan later. He was very attentive to all the details and listened to our concerns. He was not only an expert in his field, but also a friendly and down-to-earth person. The roof looks great, and we no longer have any problems with leaks. We trust John's workmanship and we know that he will stand behind his work if anything goes wrong. We chose J.A.Y.
