This was a complete roof replacement on the Clubhouse in Greenbriar in Marlboro. This included all GAF products so that we could provide the GAF Gold Pledge warranty. You must be Certified by GAF to offer this warranty which has allowed us to obtain contracts for larger community roof replacements.
