Here is a very large difficult roof we just completed in Belmar. Some of the other challenges were multiple skylights, copper flashing all chimneys, flat metal roofing system, and scheduling the installation of a Lightning Protection System on the home to make sure it was properly installed and functioning. We have been finding these systems on more and more homes and very rarely are they properly installed in which we then bring in our licenses LPS Contractor to assess the system and see what needs to be done to ensure it will in fact do what it is designed to do. We are now offering this service to all our new clients who may be interested in this system for added peace of mind.
