We added a beautiful second floor to this house and made the house bigger and more spacious. The second floor has a rooftop deck and a very open floor plan. We added Marvin windows with a 16’ Marvin bifold door that opens up to the beach. The house now has a back deck with a custom spiral staircase and the upper deck is fully all frameless glass panels. The first floor of the house is also fully renovated. T
This house is now ready to be enjoyed, and we know that the owners are very happy to be in their spacious and gorgeous home with a brand new upstairs addition!
