Interior Renovation & Addition in Wall, New Jersey
We completed a large renovation in Wall, NJ that included an addition of approximately 500 sq. The kitchen was completely re-designed and expanded. Structurally, we removed a load bearing wall in the kitchen and installed a large steel I beam instead. We concealed the beam with large recessed panels that compliment the kitchen’s design. We also installed new white cabinets in the kitchen with a white ceramic brick backsplash and floating shelves. White countertops added to the modern feel of the kitchen. The darker color of the kitchen island provided a contrast against the all-white kitchen and made the island a focal point. Gold accents were used throughout the kitchen. The layout of the kitchen maximized both flow and space. We also created a breakfast nook with banquet bench as part of the addition for extra seating in the kitchen area.
The addition also included an updated mudroom, powder room, and laundry room and we were able to add a much-needed pantry. This renovation involved a lot of customized work, including the custom built-ins, banquet bench, columns, header, and fireplace mantle. As always, we paid attention to the details of this renovation to make sure that it was high-quality and gave the homeowner exactly what they wanted.
