We renovated the first floor in 2017 and prepared to add a full second floor at that time which included reinforcing the foundation and framing.
This 1600 sq. Ft. Second floor included a lot of space for guests to sleep. These people like to entertain and they fit a lot of people into the house. This project included the replacement of all windows throughout the first floor which was no easy task since the first floor is all masonry walls.
We installed a cedar impression on the front with board and batten accents. We are happy as well as the client with the new home.
Bathroom renovation as part of a larger home renovation in Lake Como NJ. We used dimensional tiles in white for the shower walls, added a built in bench, and used contrasting tile on the shower floor.
