We knew back in 2003 we were in it for the long haul. The enthusiasm we had building our first custom house, the obsession to get the details just right, getting to know our clients, and creating the picture they had in their heads with our hands was a passion that got into our blood. That’s how J.A.Y. Construction was born-bringing together ideas and skills, craftsmanship, dreams, and fathomless cups of coffee-to build our own vision. Along with building our dream came building even more houses. With time, home improvements, roofs and remodeling, and renovations became part of our showcase. Improvements of all kinds, in homes old and not-so-new, lavish projects, and some modest. And each worthy of the happiness it brought to the owners, be it a new bathroom or a mansion on a hill.

Located in Toms River, NJ, we are owner-operated, thus explaining the copious amounts of coffee. It makes it all so much easier knowing that we are insured and licensed. We love our hometown and serve Ocean and Monmouth Counties primarily, but for certain projects will travel to Northern and Southern New Jersey.
