This project included a 1st floor addition of a new pantry, bathroom, and office. We removed the existing laundry room in order to open up the kitchen. We renovated the entire kitchen which included extensive structural changes. The 1st floor includes new wood plank tile throughout the new kitchen, eat-in area and foyer.
The existing attic was turned into a finish laundry room and large walk in closet. We removed the existing walk in closet in order to install a new staircase from the master bedroom upto the 3rd floor.
On the exterior we installed all new siding with cedar impression on the front and PVC trim accents.
